your Returns

 

NEWSFLASH...here's a simple and understandable return policy.

 

Not Happy? No Problem

 

If you're not happy with a purchase, for any reason, please return it within 30 days for full credit for the price you paid. Here's how:

  • within 30 days after your order was delivered, please e-mail our returns departments (believe us, they're not busy) at info@bluepod.com indicating your invoice number and the product you wish to return...we'd be interested to know why you weren't satisfied;
  • we'll send you details by e-mail on how to return the product;
  • once we receive the product, we'll credit your credit card (or method by which you paid) for the price you paid...sorry we can't reimburse you for shipping.

Oops, did we mess up?

 

If you were sent the wrong product, or it's damaged or defective, here's what you need to do:

  • within 7 days after your order was delivered, please e-mail our returns departments at info@bluepod.com indicating your invoice number and the product you wish to return and how it's damaged or defective;
  • we'll send you details by e-mail on how to return the product and we'll send you a replacement.

Shipping.

 

If we goofed, we'll pay the cost of returning the product to us; unfortunately, in other cases, you need to pay and arrange for the return.
