Aren't those longwinded privacy policies annoying, leaving you a little suspicious of what clever loopholes might be lurking within? Do you even read them? Do you really know what they do with your personal information?
We think if you can't understand a privacy policy in about a minute, it simply isn't useful. Ours is simple, and hopefully, very understandable. Frankly put, we only gather and use information to manage BluePod.com, and we don't sell, trade or rent your personally identifiable information with anyone, period.
Our Privacy Policy applies to all information, which you (our customers and members) provide on BluePod.com. When you provide us with personally identifiable information, however, you do agree to allow us to use it as described in Our Privacy Policy.

BluePod LLC only collects your personally identifiable information, which is necessary for us to manage your orders and our business records. Here's the personal information we collect from you:
- the information you've provided for your account, orders or My BluePod Group,
- your email, address or phone number when you communicate with us,
- the products you've ordered and pages you've accessed or visited on BluePod.com, and
- any other information you might separately provide.
We also may collect and use non-personally identifiable or anonymous information from you and our other visitors to improve BluePod.com and the products and services available.
How we Use It:
BluePod LLC only uses the personal information which we collect, to:
- process payments, refunds, fill, ship and track your order,
- track orders and manage your My BluePod Group,
- improve BluePod.com and the products we offer, and
- create a more useful experience for you.
When we need to Share It:
BluePod LLC won't disclose personally identifiable information about you to any third party, except:
- as required to bill, collect, manage and ship your orders,
- to provide the dollar amount and dates of your orders to the MyBluePod Group (but only if you are a subscriber), or
- if you give us express permission or the law requires us to do so.
What Steps we Take to Protect it:
We use appropriate security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your information and a properly installed secure server (SSL) to encrypt and capture your credit card information. We take your privacy extremely seriously, but no one, not even us, can guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted on the internet or provided to us.
What About Children:
This site is not intended for use by minors and we do not intend to collect any personally identifiable information from them.
