OK, so what's BluePod all about?   Fair question.  Simple answer.  It's all about protecting our little blue planet...that's the "blue" and the "pod".  Get it?   Bluepod offers tips and information about practical ways for "greener" living, and offers earth friendly products that are "greener" versions of everyday items, like household cleaners, personal care products, children's products, pet items and eco-gifts.  And, get this --- our products really work!

Who are we?  We have 2 school aged kids and like many families have been trying to "go green."  But we found that going green is easier said than done.  After a seemingly endless search, we found an abyss of products that claim to work and claim to be green.  Waaaay too overwhelming.  We've made it easy by doing all the legwork.

Which products did we choose?  Our team of testers have scrubbed, rubbed and tried countless eco friendly products.  Most didn't make the cut.  You'll only see the ones that did, and our tester's notes capture their reactions.  All of the products we offer are some combination of:

• Biodegradable/Compostable
• The 3 Rs (Recyclable, Recycled or Re-Usable)
• Natural or Organic

And, of course, the products really work...just as well or often better than their toxic counterparts.
 
Which companies did we choose?  We focus on supporting smaller, socially responsible businesses that are actually committed to improving the environment.  Large conglomerates with alleged "green lines" need not apply.
